Modern design classic

This is a finely detailed, modern Scandinavian design classic. It is a good size and works well as a sugar bowl with Iittala Teema dinnerware - the coffee mugs and cream pitcher with cork stopper. Additionally it could be practical for any number of condiments or odd non kitchen items wanting storage. They are not inexpensive though. I imagine Iittala now fabricates these in Thailand for cost cutting measures - I hope that their workers in Thailand are paid a salary which supports a decent standard of living like their northern European counterparts.
