This kitchen tool is used to remove the outer skin from vegetables and some fruits, such as apples, by peeling them off in thin shavings. The peeler measures 7.5 x 2 inches(19 x 5 cm) and is made from 18/10 stainless steel, containing 18% chrome and 10% nickel. Very easy to use and product is dishwasher safe.
