The black and white Kudelma pattern designed by Noora Typpo is inspired by the beauty and diversity of languages and different dialects. The graphic design consists of “word weave” that includes different letters and Finnish words. This pattern was a clear winner of the textile design competition organized by Finlayson with its Japanese licensing partner, Felissimo, to celebrate Finlayson’s 200th anniversary. This potholder is easy to grab and features a stitched groove running diagonally from corner to corner to ensure a better grip and helps to protect your hands from hot kitchenware. Additionally, all of Finlayson’s pot holders have a CE marking, which means that they have been tested for adequate protection against contact heat. The Kudelma potholder is made of a thick rib weave cotton with 50% of the cotton being recycled. This fabric is easy to care for and can be ironed after washing or hung to dry using its loop. Take a look at the other Kudelma kitchen products and complete the set with the apron and oven mitt as well.
