The "Caption This Photo" Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored exclusively by FinnStyle, located in Minneapolis, MN (“Sponsor”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes (with or without notice) at any time and/or to substitute another promotion in its place.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PRIZE IN OR INCREASE CHANCE OF RECEIVING A PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This sweepstakes begins at 1:30:00 p.m., Central Time (“CT”), on Monday, November 25, 2013, and ends at 1:30:00 p.m. Central Time ("CT") on Sunday, December 1, 2013.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? This Sweepstakes is open to residents of USA, Canada, Australia and select countries in Europe, Asia, Central America, South America and other international locations listed here: http://www.finnstyle.com/shippinginfo.html, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of each provision in these Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes each entrant agrees to the use by Sponsor of their names, entry information, picture, photograph, likenesses, or statements at any time or times in perpetuity for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Void where prohibited by law.

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE? Employees, and their immediate family members (parents, grandparents, spouses, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, aunts and uncles, regardless of whether living in the same household).

HOW DO I ENTER? Leave a caption in the comments section below the "Caption This Photo" contest Facebook post. Only one entry per person is permitted. Captions posted directly to the FinnStyle timeline will not be eligible for the contest.

PRIZE The prize that is scheduled to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is: one (1) $100 gift code to and provided by FinnStyle.com. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is one hundred dollars ($100.00). The Prize (or any other prize awarded hereunder) cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning a prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.

WINNING The Sponsor will select the winning caption based on the following criteria: creativity, content and humor. The winner will be notified via Facebook. If chosen, the winner has thirty (30) days to accept his or her prize. If no response is received, prize will be forfeited.

All eligible on-line entries received by Sponsor before the Sweepstakes becomes inoperable will be included in the random drawing. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. Entries generated by robots or scripts or other automated devices are considered to be a direct violation of the Rules and the policies of this Sweepstakes and will result in the immediate and automatic disqualification from this Sweepstakes of any and all associated entries.
