Birch Rolling Pin

Lovely birch, wonderful quality. Excellent for rolling out small items (biscuits, etc.). Easy to clean and store, either in a drawer or upright with wooden spoons. A traditional little piece of Finland.

Very nice rolling pin. We use it to roll out pizza dough. The kids can use it easily and no chance to get fingers caught.

I bought this to make Finnish style cinnamon roll and other bread.

I bought this to use in making Piirakkaa. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but I’m sure it will work just fine!

This rolling pin makes round dough very easy to accomplish. Place the center of the rolling pin in the center of the dough. Then roll using only one side of the rolling pin at a time. By using one half of the rolling pin at a time, your dough turns and rolls out round. Use the other half of the rolling pin to turn and roll the dough in the opposite direction.
