- When will my product arrive?
We try to ship all orders within one business day. Transit time can add one to seven days depending on your distance from Minnesota. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week. Please check our Shipping Information page for delivery times to your location.

While we carry a large inventory, there are occasions when an item is out of stock and it must be back ordered from the manufacturer. If that does occur, we will notify you by email within one business day and allow you to cancel or change your order.
- What if the item is damaged or not as described?
This rarely occurs as all shipments are double-boxed for protection. However, all shipments are insured just in case. Should an item arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately for replacement instructions.
- How much is shipping?
We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders over $59. US 48 States only. International Customers and Air Shipping Methods: enter code MSHIP at checkout for $5.95 off your shipping charges. Offer ends soon. Other restrictions may apply. Contact us for complete details.
Shipping costs elsewhere are based on the weight of your order. At checkout, the weight will be used to calculate the shipping and handling charge. - What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?
The delivery company will often leave packages at the door or with a neighbor or caretaker. If those options are not practical, the delivery company will try again the next day or leave written instructions on how to retrieve your package.
- Can I ship directly to the gift recipient?
Yes, our checkout page makes it easy to enter in a seperate billing and shipping name and address.
- How can I track my gift shipment?
A shipping confirmation email with tracking instructions will be sent to you when your order ships from our warehouse. You can also track shipments by logging into your FinnStyle account.
