These Lars' Own Lingonberries have been handpicked from the forests of Sweden, stirred with sugar, and jarred to preserve their all natural sweet and tart taste. There are countless ways to use lingonberries, but some traditionally Scandinavian serving suggestions are atop pancakes, pork roasts, or meatballs. The lingonberries also make a great complement to Thanksgiving turkey and are delicious with yogurt, oatmeal, ice cream, cake and soft cheeses.

I love this Lars Jam on everything. It's tart but not too tart. It's sweet but not too sweet. They are similar in taste to cranberries. The Jam is substantial and loaded with yummy Lingonberries. It is a delicious spread as well as very healthy! I have it every morning on my Finn Crisp thins!

Excellent jam
I was disappointed all four jars of Lars Wild Swedish Lingonberries came with an expiration date of 7/22/2025. I planned to give a couple of jars as gifts, but it would look like I bought them at a bargain basement sale with them expiring so soon. Plus, how can I even use four jars that quickly myself? I've never ordered any food items dated out so closely to the expiration date, usually they are our at least a year. Perhaps you are unaware of selling Lars Lingonberries so close to expiration dates, this should not happen. Hopefully, this is not how you do business, as I would like to keep ordering from you.

This is my first experience with Lingon berries. The taste is similar to cranberries but more complex. I'm enjoying this!
Very delicious, not too sweet. Good on English muffins.
My benchmark is Darbo Wild Lingonberry Sauce. which I use to compliment meats, venison and game. Darbo actually has berries in their lingonberry and is less processed. Lars is completely processed into a jelly preserve which is fine for pancakes and toast but with the added sugar too sweet to compliment foods. So I keep my jar next to my Welchs grape jelly.

I would like to order more than two at one time, in fact I would order at least 6 at a time if I could.
The lingonberries are great, but the label is inaccurate. The label says they were "handpicked in the Lapland forests of Sweden. . ." but Lapland isn't in Sweden. It's a region of Finland that borders Sweden as well as Norway and Russia.
A little dab tastes really good with Swedish meatballs. This is a sizable jar and good value for the money. Thanks for stocking it.
