I have gluten sensitivity. The licorice made in the US with domestic wheat aggravate my gluten sensitivity, so I completely avoid them. I've found that I can tolerate all the food products from Europe, that have different wheat and do not treat it with the material as in the US. So this licorice has worked out perfect for me. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

Soft, flavorful to perfection, and way too hard to wait for it to come into Foodland Hawaii!! Its simply the best!

A little sticky and so-so flavor. Not as good as their stellar black licorice.

I was so disappointed to fine that the red licorice was hard and not very flavorful, not at all like what I have ordered before.
Perhaps the reason was that it was near its expiration date of April, 2023. The package also appeared to have been around a long time..

Great taste. Soft and not too sweet

The flavor was good but the texture was a little hard to be honest. That could be the particular batch we got or I could be someone who just really prefers soft licorice but either way, it was tasty but I don't feel inclined to buy it again.

Just as the headline says, this is good enough to purchase again. I really did enjoy these. Compared to the black licorice of the same brand, I enjoyed these a little less but still enjoyed them.

I got this to try, with an order of black licorice. And it’s yummy. My daughter really loved it so this order was a bunch of bags.
Halva, Finnish licorice is the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a lot!

This is probably the best licorice I’ve ever had! Super tasty! Ordered more for myself and some for a gift as well; highly recommend!

I liked these but I'm more of a fan of the black licorice. Tried these for the first time and I was surprised in a good way. The strawberry flavor was good but the licorice was a little bit too hard for me. I don't know if it was b/c of it being close to an expiration date. Have to try them again!

Delicious,nice texture. Surprisingly not too sweet. My son in law's favorite!

Halva is my new favorite licorice, both the red and the black. I was a Panda fan, and still think they are a quality licorice, but the Halva has a smoother flavor; and I like the firmer texture, which is not at all hard, just firmer.
