Shipping policy

1. All items are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.

2. Most orders ship within one business day. Place your order by 9:00 AM Central Time and we will try to ship same day.

3. FedEx deliveries are made Monday through Friday; transit time does not include the day of shipment. (i.e. An order shipped on Monday, to a destination within our 3-day transit zone, will be delivered on Thursday.)

4. If an item is out of stock we will notify you within one business day. Should this occur, you will be given the option of modifying or cancelling your order. Credit cards are not billed until the order ships.

5. Our prices are in U.S. dollars.

6. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.

7. Customers using a freight forwarder: For international orders shipped to a customer’s freight forwarder, any claims for damage must be placed when the order is delivered to the freight forwarder in the U.S. We cannot pay damage claims after the order is re-shipped by your freight forwarder. (This exclusion does not apply when we ship your order directly to you in another country.)

8. We reserve the right to refuse international orders (outside of U.S.) if there are extraordinary shipping costs or requirements.

9. Glassware ships from our Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A. warehouse. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Minnesota addresses.

10. Typical delivery times are: 
Continental U.S. - 1 to 6 business days
Hawaii, Alaska - 1 to 2 weeks
Canada - 4 to 8 weeks
Europe, Asia, International delivery - 3 to 9 weeks
