iittala Collective Tools Serving Spoon - Small

Perfect size for serving garnish, or whipped cream for a desert. High quality stainless steel. Quite ergonomic and sturdy. Did not seems to retain water spots after washing

Some time ago I purchased the larger serving spoon from this collection. Using the larger one often I realized I needed a smaller one as well. The smaller version has proven itself as a worthy addition. As with all my ittala pieces, I appreciate the simple, clean design.

I've been building my Iittala Teema collection of table ware and serving dishes and absolutely love the entire line.
I ordered each size of these serving spoons and as much as I wanted to like them, I found that they are a bit awkward to use. The spoon end of each piece is too wide and oddly shaped resulting in inefficient use of the tool. The handle end is too bulbous and also feels awkward. The proportions just feel off on all of them.
This Small size is too short in length for the oversized spoon end.

Beautifully designed and a helpful addition for kitchen and table use. The whole set is used every day with delight.

I have the larger spoon, so I wanted to give the smaller one a try. It works, it feels good in my hand, it is sleek and beautifully designed and perfect for serving vegetables, fruits and the like.

This is handsdown the BEST serving spoon ever. Sharing the spotlight is the Medium size, but will review that separately.

One scoop gives you a generous portion of whatever is in your serving bowl or pot. I use this all the time - all of my iittala pieces are my everyday tabletop wear.

Although this is not classified or sold as an ergonomic or adaptive utensil. it sure feels like it in the hand. It is beautifully balanced, so lifting is easy even loaded with food. Rests in the bowl without sliding around, and looks fantastic on the table - I receive lots of compliments and inquiries.

I originally purchased this at a kitchen store near the Mayo Clinic. It has become our go-to, everyday serving spoon. It holds a good amount, but doesn’t take up space in our utensil drawer. Plus, it’s design is beautiful. We have also used it when entertaining, but it stays in the kitchen for everyday use. I had a hunch Finn Style would carry it, I recently ordered 2 more for gifts.
