iittala Tapio Red Wine - Set of 2

These glasses are elegant, as many others have mentioned. And I agree that they feel natural to hold, more so than large, traditional balloon glasses. I use them for wine, but also fizzy mineral water, partly to add to the bubble feature.

I like the weight of these glasses and how they look. I had a small problem with one of them and the company helped me with a replacement. They were very good about it .

We have wanted glasses from the Tapio line for literally decades, and with the Black Friday sale, the time was right. The glasses are beautiful, but pay attention to their capacity in ounces. They are smaller than the typical American sizes.

They rarely break and have great balance. I recommend them whole heartily!

I'd received these glasses from the Amazon distributor for Finnstyle, but there were not adequately packed and arrived all broken. Since Amazon did not sufficiently reimburse us, the Finnstyle store offered to resend directly from their own warehouse and gave us a 10% discount to make up for the difference. They also stated they'd look into the issue and would consider how to address the packing by the Amazon distributor. They were very responsive and, I felt, took extra steps to ensure I was not inconvenienced. The replacement glasses were very well packed are are beautiful. I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

These - my favorite wine glasses - arrived broken, but FinnStyle reshipped then immediately. No hassle, very polite.

I love the Tapio Design--sleek, mid-century. But so practical for the 21st---dishwasher safe (with care) and stable for deck/ lake living

The Itittala Tapio red wine glasses are beautiful and pure Finn looking.....and they are versatile for many types of drinks. The only reason they didnt receive five stars is because the "bowl" is much smaller than a traditional stem red wine glass. I went to the largest Tapio available...and they are beautiful.

I previously bought the little Tapio cordial glasses on sale. I liked their look very much. When I broke two of my wine glasses (of another company and design) recently, I decided to replace them with two Tapios. They are beautiful to look at and feel wonderful in the hand.

Took advantage of the Iittala sale, and ordered 4 Tapio red wine glasses. They just arrived safely (great packing job Finnstyle.)
I love the solid design of these glasses. These will not get knocked over. The design is unique and classic. If you're a fan of midcentury Scandinavian design, this is a must-have.
