This 24" x 14" pillow insert is made from pure polyester fiber and is hypoallergenic; it feels just like down but without the high price or allergies. Fluffy yet firm enough to keep its shape, it's the perfect fit for our Klaus Haapaniemi lounge throw pillows for a full look and comfortable feel. It's great for lumbar support! The Down Proof ticking (outside shell) is a woven material that is 50% cotton and 50% polyester fiber. It is a high thread count fabric designed to hold feathers so it provides a slow, smooth air release. The 4 denier fiber is a very fine, soft polyester fiber. It is hollow: which gives it more fill power, siliconized: which gives it a smooth feel, and has a conjugated crimp which provides more bounce.
