I love this birch pattern from Lapuan Kankurit. I have several tea towels and thought this runner would be a fun addition to the set. The quality is fabulous, of course, but the runner is strangely short... I almost bought the sauna cover because it was a bit longer!

The table runner came today. Its wonderful. I was worried since it was linen that I would have issue getting creases out as I assumed it was folder. Silly me. It was on a roller. Unrolled right on my table and its perfect.

More subtle in the tones of grey than in the photo, but lovely nonetheless. This is a remarkable Finnish weaving company with a terrific aesthetic. Love everything they do, from blankets to kitchen accessories.

I received a pillow made from this fabric as a gift and liked it so much that I decided to purchase the table runner, too. It did not disappoint---it adds a lovely natural touch to our dining table!

I have been eyeing this item for quite some time so when it went on sale I jumped on it. I didn't pay attention to the size so I was surprised that it was shorter than expected; it would probably fit better on a coffee table. But I find that I like the look of it centered on my dining table and don't mind that it doesn't hang over the ends. The only other thing I find is that it doesn't lay flat-it tends to bunch up a bit-but maybe if I iron it that will resolve the issue. Other than that I am very pleased. I love the birch tree motif as it speaks to my Finnish soul! tI is modern yet traditional at the same time.

Beautifully woven. Very fine linen. The pattern just makes us think of the northwoods. When I saw this on the FinnStyle website, I knew I had to buy it for my wife, who is Finnish descent. It arrived about two weeks before Christmas, and I of course hid it and wrapped it for under the tree. Funny... we were out shopping a few days before Christmas and my wife said, as she examined some mass produced dining cloths "Hey, we should get a new table runner for Christmas!" I responded "We have plenty of table runners, That's the last thing we need more of!" She was very pleased when she opened this wonderful table runner. I bought this for my niece whose late mother was Finnish. My niece was very pleased with
this gift and an earlier gift from this same Finnish mill. Wonderful quality.

This runner pays tribute to the national tree of Finland. The fun birch tree pattern is woven into the textile rather than printed, so it should look great for years to come.
