Product Details

Houseplants are becoming a home decor essential for their lush beauty, health benefits, and ability to bring a room to life. Put your prized plants on a pedestal with the iittala Nappula pot. Made from ceramic, it's the perfect home for cacti, succulents, ivy, and more. Designer Matti Klenell was inspired by the legs of a peculiar table he came across at the Nuutajärvi glass museum to create the Nappula candle holders, and these planters fit seamlessly into the clean-lined, classic-meets-contemporary collection. The bowl-like upper portion of the iittala Nappula planter holds the greenery while the hollow bottom acts as a stable stand that can be placed on the floor, a table, or stool. Wearing a crisp white hue, this is the largest of the collection.

Fabulous pot for trailing plants

Initially nervous this plant pot would be top heavy but with the weight of the porcelain, the soil and the plant, it's more stable that I thought. It is the perfect way to show of trailing plant tendrils. Added bonus, on a window sill it's smaller bottom profile allows for more ripening tomatoes or other little vases with herbs from the garden.

Love it!

I purchased this planter to give to a girlfriend for her birthday. It’s lovely, well made and a great addition. I liked it so much I got another one for myself.
It really makes a nice, classy gift for someone special.

Best size for small and medium plants

Planter is beautiful and steady. As expected finish is impeccable. Large is the best size to support medium sized longer stem plants
