My daughter couldn’t be home in Minnesota for Christmas because she was living in Helsinki, so I bought this to bring a little Finland to our holiday table. It’s so sweet, and I love the little kantele!
So cute!
Helmi tonttu with a traditional Finnish musical instrument! A great addition to other Finnish elves!
Love having a traditional music decoration!
This year I ordered 2 more tonttu figures to add to our growing “family” of them. So happy too see a few models, too. These add quite a bit to our seasonal decor, and visitors to the house seem to be as charmed by them as we are. Well done!
I named my dog Helmi, so of course I had to buy this. She’s so cute, love that these are handmade in Finland
I've started a collection of these little tonttu. I particularly love the Helmi Tonttu because I play the kantele and have given this one to other friends who either play the kantele or love kantele music. When you don't have room for a large holiday items, this little tonttu reminds you of Christmas yet doesn't take much space. I now have four tonttu and will be adding more when the next Christmas rolls around if FinnStyle continues to offer them for sale. This little wooden character was shipped to my intended recipient much faster than I had expected so it arrived at my friend's doorstep on the East Coast within a couple of days of purchase.
Helmi is adorable. Most important, she made her recipient very happy. We are so pleased that you carry this type of gift item.
