Designing brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec had a great task ahead of them when they set out to find something new that didn't explicitly reference historic Aalto design, yet fit in with the Artek aesthetic seamlessly. Yet, in 2015, they did just that. Kaari (Arch) is both timeless and modern with hints of industrial style. The system utilizes solid oak wall mounts with sleek steel brackets with a generous width. They can be lined up next to one another for an entire wall of endless storage of books, office necessities, dishes, or collectibles (like Oiva Toikka's glass birds)! And, since it doesn't take up much floor space, it's great for smaller spaces that require ample storage without the big footprint. Choose between two different sides to best tailor the shelf to your space.
