This bluish gray mug features Fillyjonk, who seems to always find dusty spots to clean. Moomin-founder Tove Jansson created the original illustration, which appears in The Moominvalley in November (1970) and the comic Fuddler's Courtship (1959). It was then interpreted by Tove Slotte, who beautifully took the classic from paper to porcelain.
As always, the Moomin mugs are crafted from porcelain and are microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe. The new mugs have special details, like an identifying stamp on the bottom and attached gift tag with a sweet story about the design.
This one reads: "The calm and restrained Mrs. Fillyjonk loves organization and principles. She lives close to the Moominhouse with her children and cleans her home and garden diligently."
