The iittala Dahlström Tools casseroles, designed by Björn Dahlström, are constructed using an innovative Compound Technology that ensures consistent and superior results. The outer layer is .5mm stainless steel for durability; the inner core is 2.5mm for superior heat distribution; and the inner layer is .4mm 18/10 stainless steel for great cooking performance.

The iittala Dahlström Tools casseroles are known for their superior cooking as much as for their modern appeal. Their sleek stainless steel body, interior measuring scales, and solid heavy-duty handles, make the iittala Dahlström Tools casseroles modern tools for the modern lifestyle.

LOVE this pot! Nice high sides for boiling a few potatoes without water splopping out of the pot, like it does with a larger, but lower height pot.
