Tarmo Maaronen
Born in 1963 in Urjala, Finland, Tarmo Maaronen is a Finnish glass artist who has been blowing glass since 1979. He worked as a teacher of Scandinavian glass techniques from 1995 to 1997, just before he founded his own studio, Bianco Blu, in Fiskars, where he has continued to develop mouth‑blown glass creations celebrated for their delicate forms and playful character. His handcrafted glass birds and home objects have continued to charm collectors worldwide with their unique and whimsical design.

About Finnish Design
