Helmi Liikanen
Helmi Liikanen is a Finnish surface designer and woven textile expert. She graduated from Aalto University, where her career with Finnish weaving brand Lapuan Kankurit began. Liikanen specializes in linen textiles, and finds inspiration by playing with materials, colors and structures. Some of her notable pieces include the LEHTI, TULPPAANI, and FRIIDA textiles for Lapuan Kankurit.
