Eelis Aleksi

Eelis Aleksi (b. 1980) is a Finnish jewelry designer who graduated from the Kuopio Academy of Design in 2005 and went on to found the modern jewelry brand Lumoava in 2008, with a vision of creating emotionally meaningful design in jewelry. Among his most iconic collections are Pihla, inspired by the leaves of a rowan tree, and Warrior, a powerful cross‑themed series rooted in bold symbolism. Aleksi is one of Lumoava’s most prolific designers, having produced over a dozen distinct collections. According to Eelis Aleksi, the basis of all design draws from having the courage to think and see things differently.
