Gingerbread Granola Recipe

Gingerbread Granola will be a healthy and tasty start to the day with NordicNordic Cinnamon Chaga Tea and gluten-free oats!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup pecan nuts
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
2 tsp Organic vanilla powder
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp NordicNordic - ginger bread spice mix (Made with the 6 ingredients below):
    - 2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
    - 1 tsp cardamom
    - 1 tsp clove
    - 1 tsp ginger
   -  1 tsp bitter orange peel
    - 1 tsp NordicNordic Chaga tea cinnamon
3-4 tbsp Coconut oil / ghee
4 tbsp Maple syrup

Directions: Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Melt ghee & crush nuts in a blender. Mix crushed nuts and the rest of the ingredients together until evenly mixed. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 35-45 min in the middle rack until beautifully golden. Mix granola on the sheet about half way through baking. Store in a dry place, preferably in a glass jar.
