Magisso Snow White Tipping Teacup

I love Finnish design sense - style and functionality! These cups totally embrace that sense, and so simple to use and clean up! I love loose leaf tea but not the cleaning up process, so these cups are perfect.

Saw them in Helsinki the week before, but was deterred by the price (26€ EACH!), so Finnstyle.com saved a lot for me. Kiitos!

They are bigger in person than I thought, but are a great product. I wish they were not plastic, but they are very sturdy.

Feels solid in the hand and works well to prepare individual cups of tea at my desk.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for someone and I am so glad I bought the white set of two, because I kept one for myself. It's a nice size and I love the shape and feel of it in my hand.

White one is the best to see tea colour when steeped.
And very relaxing when you drink your tea.
No leaves to deal with when drinking your tea..

Love it, great to drink from, but when adding hot water do as slowly a possible as the tea leaves can wash over into the cup

I love my t-cup. Enjoying relaxing with a big cup of my favorite tea. Gotta love Finnish ingenuity.

White is the best color to gage the strength of the tea. I like the tipping idea but the wide mouth allows the tea to cool off too quickly. Also the cup is single walled plastic nd hs no heat retention properties. The innitial concept is good but the design needs refinement.

Plastic, but good quality, reassuringly heavy, and feels durable.

Just the right size & colour. Simple and very useful - also easy to clean.

This is my second purchase of a Magisso Teacup. First, I bought the dark one, thinking it wouldn't become visibly tea-stained. But, you also cannot see how the steeping proceeds. So, I bought another, in white. BTW, one uses less than a teaspoon of loose tea (not fannings) with these cups. Makes fine tea, and is the subject of much discussion.

I love this cup. In fact, I just ordered a second. However, the second on will be white. The black cup will never get tea stained, but you can't tell how strong the brew is by looking at the color of the tea when it's in a black cup. So, order the white cup!!!

I hesitate to say that this cup promotes a meditative state of mind, but it really does. You have to get up close and personal with your tea, in the same way you do when you drink miso soup. It's a niced sized cup, and when the tea leaves are wet, they don't fall into your face or anything when you upend the cup. I really love these! They lend a certain calmness into my tea routine - rather than just glugging out of a cup, it's a really calming, and I enjoy it. Very easy to fill, very easy to clean the leaves up, and it really holds just the right amount of leaves in the mesh area to have the perfect cup.

I bought them because I thought they were nifty and stylish, and also because I don't have room for a teapot in my kitchen. I'm glad to say they are much more than just that. =)

If all customer service was this outstanding, the economy would be in much better shape!

This is a great design for a teacup. We have used them numerous times and really like them. It is very easy
to pour the water in and also easy to drink the tea.
