Date Cinnamon Chaga Mousse2 frozen bananas
5 dried dates
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Almond butter
½ ts Ceylon cinnamon
2 sachets NordicNordic cinnamon chaga
Directions: Boil water, add dates and chaga sachets. Let sit and cool for 5-10 min. Remove sachets and pour liquid in a blender (safe sachets to use again later!). Add bananas, butter, chia and cinnamon. Blend until bananas are smashed. Add cream and almond milk and blend until evenly mixed. Let it sit for few minutes before serving. Serve with fresh berries or NordicNordic bilberry-chia jam. Sprinkle coconut on top. Makes 2 servings.
