Chaga Apple Mullet Wine (Glogg)4 cup Fresh Organic apple juice
2 sachets NordicNordic Chaga cinnamon
1-2 tsp fresh ginger
2 Ceylon cinnamon stick
2 star anise
2 tbsp Coconut sugar / syrup
2 tsp Organic vanilla extract
Directions: Pour juice in pan, add spices and chaga sachets. Let the liquid warm up slowly for 5-7 minutes until almost boiling. Remove chaga sachets (save them for another use) and serve with dried apple slices. Makes four servings.
