Bilberry Brain Gym1/4 cup Organic Blueberry or Blackberry Juice
1 tbsp NordicNordic Bilberry Powder
1 Banana
2 tbsp Oat Bran
1/2 cup Black Currants
1 Persimmon, Nectarine, Kaki or Sharon Fruit
Handful of Almonds
1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/2 cup Spring Water
Directions: All ingredients should be blended in a mixer. Ice cubes can be added for a thicker consistency. Agave, sweetener, or honey can be added for additional sweetness.
